I have tried them all. I used Realhound for a year and they act like they are god and rulers of the universe. Very arrogant and support sucks ! I used Act and was fustrated over then lack of customized fileds for Commercial Brokerage re:property info, until Chuck came out with Act for Commercial Real estate. I love it ! So easy to use. Support is unbeleivably superior. You will be impressed. I paid $199 for a year of support just for security and comfort that if something goes wrong all it takes is a call and they log on to your computer and do all the work after they answer each and every question. Very user friendly ! I even use Google Sync to sync with my blackberry.
